Jim Perrin moves on again?

How quickly word seems to get out!  We received a message only today, 08/10/2014, to tell us that Jim Perrin is moving and that, as an excuse, his story is that ‘he is so ill he has got to leave Snowdonia in the next few weeks. He says the climate is very bad for him.’ (And, they continued, ‘He must think we are all idiots.’)

It appears therefore that the information we recently posted about his address in Harlech, Gwynedd, is now out of date, as we have been told that the house has already been sold. (Except: revision.) We have just, 09/10/2014, double-checked with the estate agent and they confirmed that a cash offer had been accepted with a completion date of 07/11/2014. However the buyers withdrew their offer, and the house is now back on the market. It would seem that, after all, Jim Perrin may not be able to move on quite as quickly as (for the state of his ‘health’) clearly he needed to do: unless, that is, he asks of any most nearly concerned — as he did of our own family in what we believe may be similar circumstances — ‘the funds to move on with, it is only fair.’..  See Overheard at the funeral by Melangell (JP?) Jim Perrin’s libel-less libel

When the author Jan Morris reviewed ‘West:’  in IWA’s journal, AGENDA  on 25/12/2010, she posed this question:  ‘Is it good or bad to be proprioceptive?’   We replied to this review in a post of our own:  ‘Our response to a review by Jan Morris.’  ‘The point ”proprioceptive” is most pertinent to our sister’s story. Jim Perrin has made cleverly libel-less statements in these passages. We know to whom he refers, as do others also. He knows that we know (as they say) and it is a serious matter which we will be writing about in a future post.’

This is the post:

Jim Perrin had written about our sister — with a reference to her former husband which was virtually libellous, and described, with an almost abnormally distasteful relish, injuries which he claimed she had received at his hands. He said:  ‘a previous man in her life had beaten her savagely about the head, and her corrective balance was gone.’ And on page 220, describing an accident,  he wrote:  ‘she had fallen in the night at the flat where she was staying, had cracked her lumbar vertebra.’ He could not have known this — there was no medical  examination.  (See Jac’s accident to read his description of another accident which befell her.)

Does Jim Perrin escape to a Pyrenean hideaway?

Whilst we do not know when (or if) Jim Perrin moved to France, the many comments written by him and by others show how difficult he is to ‘place’: we think this is his strategy, and in our opinion his own comments are designed to deceive — to double-bluff.

After we wrote in Jim Perrin’s Fiefdom ‘He has not lived in Wales for some four or five years’ (as this was the deliberate impression he gave in interviews)* we were contacted by someone who told us: ‘I can assure you that Jim was living in Penrhyndeudraeth in 2010, he didn’t leave for the French Pyrénées until he had sold his house in October. There are many people in these parts who can verify that.’ Sadly we have learned he was with a young woman in that village whom he cast aside when he did leave for France…

We should, it seems, more accurately have written ‘He has not lived in Wales [consecutively] for some four or five years.’

But did the CSA know of that Welsh address? — the answer is ‘yes’ and we have learned that he left very hastily in good time to evade them; and others — (Grant Gee for one) who were also trying to contact him: we know that when he left that property he owed an extremely large amount to British Telecom.
